The appointment youalready won, held.
Respond is everything between a commitment being made and it actually happening. It is the least glamorous stage and it is where the most work is lost, because nobody counts an appointment that quietly did not occur.

Three ways this stagequietly stops working.
A consultation booked three weeks out with no contact in between.
A technician arriving without knowing what is already installed.
A no-show that produces no task, no reason and no second attempt.
What the system does about it
- Confirmation and reminders on a schedule you set, in your customer's local time rather than yours.
- The person attending arrives with a brief: history, prior visits, what was promised.
- Anything the customer needs to bring or complete is collected before the day, not on it.
- A no-show becomes an owned task with a reason attached, on the same day.
Every wait, threshold and branch in that list is a value we set with you during the build, against your stages and your language. None of it is a default we impose.
Where that figureactually comes from.
"78% of customers buy from whichever company responds first."
This is the most repeated number in the category and it is a distorted retelling. The traceable study behind the speed-to-lead argument is Harvard Business Review's, on 1.25 million leads across 42 US companies, published 2011. It found that responding within an hour is worth roughly seven times responding in the hour after it. That is a real and useful finding. It is not the same claim as "78% buy from whoever is first", it is fifteen years old, and it is about business enquiries generally rather than about your market.

The numbers behindthis stage, traced.
Is this the stagecosting you most?
Often it is not. On the call we look at what is actually costing you most right now, which is frequently a different stage from the one that brought you to this page. If there is nothing worth building yet, we will say so.
