Every enquiry getsa next step.
Capture is not a phone system and it is not a chatbot. It is the rule that says an enquiry arriving on any channel becomes one record, with a source, an owner and a next action, and that nothing closes itself silently.

Three ways this stagequietly stops working.
The call at nine on a Saturday that went to a voicemail nobody leaves.
Six inboxes with the same customer in three of them, and nobody sure which is current.
A queue ordered by who happened to be answered first rather than by what the job is.
What the system does about it
- One record per customer, matched on phone and address, so a returning customer is never treated as a stranger.
- Triaged against a ladder you agree, so a gas smell and a filter question stop being the same event.
- Answered on the channel they used, naming what they actually asked about.
- Anything urgent or ambiguous is handed to a named person on a timer, not absorbed.
Every wait, threshold and branch in that list is a value we set with you during the build, against your stages and your language. None of it is a default we impose.
Where that figureactually comes from.
"The average business misses 22% of inbound calls", or 27%, or 62%, depending on who you ask.
Published missed-call rates for this kind of business run from 27% to 62%, a factor of 2.3, and every publisher in that range sells call handling. The same applies to what a missed call is worth: the $1,200 figure that circulates is the value of the JOB, assuming the call converts. The expected value of the call is that number multiplied by the booking rate, which is a much smaller and much more defensible figure. We use the arithmetic rather than the headline, and we run it on your numbers.

What a franchise broker actually earns, from the one filing that has to say
The franchise industry quotes $18,000 to $25,000 per closed deal. That range was never measured by anybody. Two sources with opposite incentives put the real figure around $35,000, and only one of them was legally obliged to tell you.

The only audited lead conversion rate in home services is legally sealed
A federal regulator subpoenaed a lead seller's own conversion data, found the published rates could not be substantiated, and redacted the real numbers as confidential. Meanwhile the market leader's audited filings put the average lead at $25 to $33, not $50 to $150.

A missed call does not cost you $1,200
The figure every automation vendor quotes at contractors is the value of the job, not the value of the call. The difference is your booking rate, and correcting it out loud is worth more than the bigger number.

Is this the stagecosting you most?
Often it is not. On the call we look at what is actually costing you most right now, which is frequently a different stage from the one that brought you to this page. If there is nothing worth building yet, we will say so.
