Privacy Notice
A plain-language record of the limited business information we collect and the controls around it.

This page records the current public policy. It does not replace advice from a qualified professional about your own obligations.
Who is responsible
Automation Experience is operated by Agha Rakhshani in Pakistan. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to agha@automationexperience.net.
Information we collect
We may collect the following limited categories of information:
- business contact details, including your name, work email, role, clinic name, clinic website, and operating market;
- strategy-call answers about clinic fit, business priorities, timeline, referral source, and the operating pattern you want to discuss;
- technical and security data, such as timestamps, page attribution, a submission identifier, and limited network information used for abuse prevention; and
- messages you choose to send by email.
Do not submit patient names, medical histories, treatment information tied to a person, images, or other patient-identifiable or health information.
How we use information
- to evaluate fit, answer an inquiry, and prepare a requested strategy call;
- to schedule, deliver, and follow up on that business conversation;
- to protect the site and workflow from fraud, spam, and misuse;
- to maintain necessary operational, security, and legal records; and
- to improve the site using optional, consent-based aggregate analytics.
Service providers and international processing
We use carefully scoped providers to operate this site and lead workflow. These may include Hostinger for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection, n8n for workflow orchestration, HubSpot for business contact and opportunity records, Resend for email, Cal.com for booking, and Google Analytics for optional analytics. Providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own security and privacy terms. The public browser never sends form answers directly to HubSpot, Resend, or n8n.
Retention
Strategy-call and general-inquiry records that do not become an active client relationship are retained for no longer than 90 days after the last substantive interaction, then deleted or anonymized. Information may be kept longer when needed for an active client relationship, a legal or security obligation, dispute handling, or a valid earlier deletion request. Each provider may keep limited backup or security records for its documented retention period.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses where applicable. You may also withdraw optional analytics consent at any time through the footer’s analytics-preferences control.

Security, children, and updates
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this notice when practices or providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. See the Cookie Notice for browser-storage details.
